Controlled material feeding
An electromagnetic drive generates vibration in a spring-mounted mechanism. With a suitable chute and controller, the material feed rate can be adjusted to the application.
Application-specific selection
Particle size, bulk density, moisture and flowability affect feeding behaviour. Amplitude, controller, chute dimensions, moving load and mounting points are considered together.
Applications
Applications include nut and pulse feeding, pre-packaging dosing, filling and weighing systems, small screening tasks and controlled material conveying. Food-contact requirements and special materials are assessed separately.
